What is the brand of apparel you use?
Our prints are currently being pressed on two crewneck sweater brands; Lane Seven and Comfort Colours.
When can I expect my order?
We are a small locally owned business, and every sweater is printed and pressed by us. All online orders will be shipped out within 5 business days. If are you ordering outside of Canada please allow up to 12 business days. If you are local to us, pick up is also offered!
Can we trust that our order will arrive?
We work with trusted carriers that will provide a window of delivery for your order. Once the item leaves the shop, the expected delivery date is the responsibility of the carrier. We do offer a local pick up for those that it may apply, incase you need your purchase in a pinch!
Can I Change Or Cancel My Order?
All orders are custom pressed by colour, size and print, due to these factors we are unable to make any changes on submitted orders. Before finalizing your order, please ensure all essential information (colour, size, style) is reviewed as well as all shipping information is correct so that you receive your items.
Laundry? How do I wash my items?
Caring for your garments is super easy! Please wash your items, insideout, on gentle cycle with cold water. We recommend you hang to dry, but you can also tumble dry on gentle.
Did you stain your sweater? Thats okay, spot treat your stain with your laundry detergent or gentle strain remover of your choice, let it sit, do not rub or scrub the stain. You can also soak your garments with stains in water and vinegar for a maximum of 30 minutes and wash right after,
Tell me all about your shipping?
We have made our shipping as easy as can be! We offer FREE shipping to orders over $100 worldwide. We are local Canadians but offer shipping to The United States and beyond.
Once your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email that will have a tracking number and a link to your parcel carrier's website. Tracking emails and notifications take time, so please allow up to 24-48 hours for updates. Any and all necessary updates will be emailed to you until your package arrives.
Discounts, how do we get those?
Each drop we will provide a limited number of coupon codes for our clients. Before you are ready to check out ensure you entering the code and then proceeding to place the order. Our website and social media will advise of special sales that may be run throughout the year.
My order is damaged, not the correct item or my package is lost?
If you received a fault item, please contact us via email to let us know and will work with you. If we are unable to fulfill the order again, we will provide compensation in the form of a site credit or a refund to the type of payment which was used initially for the order.
Things can go missing sometimes, if your package tracking says delivered but you have not received it from your carrier, don't fret! Please reach out to us and we will try our best to assist in locating your order. Unfortunately once the tracking states that is has been delivered Seasonal Sisters is no longer responsible for the package and we cannot compensate for the loss.
The item was not what I expected, now what?
Our mission at Seasonal Sisters is for you to love what you order! But, it is okay if you don't! We accept exchanges for colour and size or return for a store credit within 14 days of your received delivery date. Our store credit does not expire.
