Refund policy

At Seasonal Sisters it is our small business mission that we create pieces that you can wear, make memories in and love for every holiday season! But things happen and items may need to be returned or exchanged and that is okay with us! We are here to help you make your purchase right! 

Returns and Exchanges:

We accept returns on eligible items for store credit within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, that means you have not worn or washed your item and all original tags are still attached. In order to fulfill your return we will need the original proof of purchase.

We cannot refund sale or clearance items, or items that have been purchased with a gift card, coupon code or store credit.

    If you are needing to exchange your item, we are happy to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size (if available). To start an exchange, email us at seasonalsisters@hotmail.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange. If your replacement size is unavailable, we will accommodate for a different style or issue a store credit.

    We have approved your refund:

    Once we have approved your refund request and your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and issued as store credit within 5-10 business days to the email provided.

    If you are returning items for refund or exchange shipment will not be refunded. 
    If your original order had a promotion or discounted price, that will be the price reflected in your refund. 

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).

    We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

    Seasonal Sisters is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit for your return shipping. 

    Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    If your items(s) arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at seasonalsisters@hotmail.com with photos and your order number. We will make it right as quickly as possible.

    Late or Missing Refunds:

    If you haven't received your store credit/refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company first. If the issue persists, contact us at seasonalsisters@hotmail.com and we will be happy to assist.
