All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding holidays).Any items purchased outside of Canada can expect to be processed within 12 business days (excluding holidays).
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

LOCAL & CANADIAN SHIPMENTS - 5-10 business days
US SHIPMENTS - 10-12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and delivery times vary.
International shipping is subject to customs duties, import fees and taxes which is the responsibility of the purchaser once it reaches its destination.
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over $100.00 within Canada.
Free shipping thresholds are calculated after discounts and before taxes.
Expedited shipping not available.
Tracking Your Order:
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping email confirmation.
If you haven't received your tracking email, please check your junk/spam folder before contacting us.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
When checking out please ensure that the shipping address is correct before submitting your order. If an address error is made, contact us immediately at seasonalsisters@hotmail.com and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Seasonal Sisters is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by a customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number. If the issue isn't resolved, reach out to us at seasonalsisters@hotmail.com. Please note, once a package is marked "delivered" by the carrier, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages.
